Production Engineer

Job Description:-

• To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project

• To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier

• Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

• Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines

• Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.

• Any other other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:-

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical), or related disciplined.

• Minimum 3-5 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration

• SAP and MES know-how and experience is preferred

• Ability to use analytical skills and a hands-on person

• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others

• Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters

• Team player, systematic and result oriented

• Competency in MS Office/google app sheet applications
