Production Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

He/She will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on problem-solving ability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Process, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve quality and increase throughput
• Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, forms and records.
• Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Assist in capacity planning, layout optimization, production scheduling and other activities or projects when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards on production floor.
