Core Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Operation:Assembling parts by hand or with tools (drilling, soldering).Operating and setting up production machinery like conveyor belts or forklifts.Feeding raw materials into machines.
- Quality Control:Monitoring the production process and line for issues.Conducting basic testing and inspecting finished products for defects.Removing faulty items from the line.
- Preparation & Logistics:Packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.Storing raw materials and finished products.Moving materials around the facility.
- Maintenance & Safety:Keeping workstations and the facility clean and hazard-free.Performing basic maintenance on equipment and reporting faults.Adhering to strict safety standards.
