Responsibilities:
. Plan and coordinate production schedules for customers orders.
. Monitor order production schedule and identify potential issues, implementing solutions to optimize order delivery
. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely readiness of customers orders.
. Manage documentation, including invoices, packing lists, factory inspection reports, and delivery reports and perform goods receipt in ERP systems.
. Track supplier performance, provide feedback for improvement
. Manage internal customers and attend to their inquiries
. Prepare production costs and benchmark against suppliers identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall production efficiency
Job Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management, or equivalent.
. Prior experience in production planning and materials management is preferred. However, candidates with relevant work experience from other fields are also welcome to apply.
. Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
. Experience working with stakeholders in a global or cross-cultural environment will be an advantage.
. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems would be preferred.
