Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the entire production process from planning to completion.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure optimal use of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure products are produced to quality standards and meet production deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot any production related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, performance, and any incidents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage inventory and order necessary materials or supplies to support production.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff as needed.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (preferred)
