About the Job
You will assist the Creative Producer in the planning, managing and implementation of all church worship services, events and productions.
- Co-ordinate, facilitate, oversee the preparation and smooth running of both English and Chinese events & productions
- Manage church level productions establishing production timelines and schedules and its effective implementation
- Liaise between the Creative Producer and the different ministries for the purpose of directing operations to achieve event/production objectives
- Ensure that service SOPs and processes are followed through at all times
- Liaise with external vendors for quotes and deliverables
- Oversee volunteers management and support
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiencies of the production team and volunteers

- Understanding of industry practices and work processes
- Ability to undertake productions planning, event and process management
- Motivated, self-initiated team player with positive attitude and able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative, design-focused, systematic and analytical
- Customer-centric with good interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications and Skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Possess Diploma in Film, Sound & Video, Mass Communications or related discipline
- Basic design & editing skills
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud will be an advantage
