Job Description

Role Purpose

The Production Controller is responsible for maximizing Sales Orders on hand into realized revenue by aligning production capacity, material readiness, process preparedness, quality release, and subcontractingstrategy.

This role owns production planning, capacity balancing, delivery commitment, and cross-functional coordination.

1. Production Capacity Planning
2. Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
3. Cross-Functional Coordination and oversee Production Operations
4. On-Time Delivery (OTD) Ownership
5. Resource & Operational Planning
6. Facilities, Safety & Quality Compliance
7. Subcontracting Strategy
8. Performance Monitoring
9. Carry out other jobs and tasks required by superior or Management

Qualifications and Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

. 3-5 years of supervisory or production planning experience in precision machining

. Strong leadership in coordinating production staff and enforcing workplace discipline

. Able to work independently and communicate effectively across shopfloor and process/ engineering teams

. High sense of responsibility and commitment to output goals

. Has ERP or SAP experience
