Production Control Engineer

We're searching for a Production Control Engineer/ Senior Engineer to be part of our diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

What you will be working on:

• To support the Manager in the daily operations of production planning to meet department's goal
• Translate production goals into MFG daily and weekly targets
• Responsible for on-time delivery
• Maintain optimized RTD rules for optimum utilization of production capacity to meet wafer out and on-time delivery goals
• Track, summarize and update of MFG indices, gap, daily fab focus
• Work with operations department to improve delivery and production cycle time
• Analyze and identify potential roadblocks to fab performance
• Lead MFG tool productivity improvement to meet company goals
• Facilitate and participate in company productivity improvement.
• Chair off-shift production meetings where required.

More About You:

• Degree in Science or Engineering
• Preferably 1-5 years relevant wafer fab manufacturing department experience.
• Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing
• Have independently or as part of a team completed at least 1 CIT type improvement project in manufacturing operations.
• Simple excel based SQL, competent in Tableau and Power BI
• Possess leadership quality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Good analytical and planning skills
