Production Control Coordinator

Job Description

• Create and release new job orders based on new requirements or pull in orders
• Ensure that supply and demand are properly supported well with customer forecast and material in ERP Planning System
• Update Master Manufacturing Method/Detail per official request
• Review slow moving parts and expedite in shopfloor, based on daily shipment and WIP job progress
• Coordinate between Sales, Production, Engineering and Purchasing department in timely manner to ensure proper flow to prevent late delivery
• Prepare the Monthly Aging WIP and KPI Reports
• Prepare the Weekly Assembly Part Report
• Document control

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/Technical related disciplines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows XP and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in Production Control/Planning Department will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of MRP system
• Excellent level of organizational skills and ability to work on several projects at the same time
