Production Compounder

Job responsibilities:

• Precisely mixing liquid and powder ingredients based on instructions and formulas
• Processing Work Orders: Receiving and fulfilling production orders from supervisors or schedules
• Following Procedures: Adhering to established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operating equipment according to production instructions and company policies
• Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment
• Collect samples for QC analysis
• Ensure the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Comply with safety requirements of the production plant
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor eg cycle count, weighing scale verification

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in fragrance / flavour manufacturing
• Meticulous with an eye for accuracy
• Independent and possess good team spirit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
