Job Responsibilities:
. Manage and control daily production, together with Section Executives & Supervisors to improve production quality and food hygiene.
. Coordinate with Factory Management to develop new standard for more productivity, cost saving, new solutions and technology.
. Ensure and daily check on equipment/ machines functionality.
. To establish and maintain factory's operations licensing renewal with governments agencies including SFA, MOH, NEA, etc.
. Development of productions SOPs.
. To lead, support and guide QA/QC team in food safety assurance to safeguards the quality of products and external regulatory requirements are compiled.
. To resolve customers complaint, finding the root cause of internal production and feedback to the Management with corrective actions that compiled to local regulatory.
. Conduct Occupational Safety/ Health & Food Safety committee meeting to review, rectify and take preventive measures on factory/ outlets work injury.
. To maintain, develop Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures.
. Maintenance of Fire Protection System in the factory and Fire Certificate Renewal.
. Identify training needs in workplace safety, take action to ensure company-wide compliance (First-Aid, CERT, BizSafe).
. Response to MOM check and inspections.
. Provide day-to-day administration and operational support to factory management.
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
. SINGAPOREANS ONLY
. Min. 3 years of production experience in the bakery manufacturing industry, food manufacturing operations with supervisory experience preferred.
. Good understanding of food manufacturing processes and bakery production.
. Familiar with Singapore Food Safety regulations and government compliance requirements.
. Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
