Job Responsibilities:
- Provide overalltechnical support for production operations.
- Conduct equipment and processqualification activities as required.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, machinemanuals, and equipment-related documentation.
- Identify and drive process improvement,automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improveoperational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Oversee production control activities,including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validationprotocols, new process implementation, and process changes.
- Manage, supervise, and develop technicaland engineering staff to support operational objectives.
- Coordinate with the Production team onmachine installation and facility layout planning.
- Maintain 5S practices within theworkplace.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical &Electronic / Mechatronics / Robotics).
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solvingskills.
- Good project management, planning and negotiationskills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
