Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation, cutting, portioning, and packing of frozen meat products according to specifications.
  • Operate and monitor production line equipment (e.g., grinders, slicers, packing machines, conveyors).
  • Ensure proper labeling, weighing, and sealing of packaged products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment per HACCP and company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, hygiene protocols, and company SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors of shortages.
  • Record production data (e.g., quantities, batch numbers, temperatures).
  • Assist with quality checks for product consistency, temperature, and appearance.
  • Support the loading and unloading of meat products into storage/freezer units.
  • Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in safety and training programs as required.
