Treasury application Production support engagement covering technical issues, services and environment monitoring and EOD Batch support for a leading Singapore based bank

Responsibilities:

• L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment

• Monitoring and issue resolution of online trade booking applications

• Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning/night/weekend shifts- 24/7

• Production support of Java/microservices application

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 0.5-2 years of experience in production application support environment

• Ability to read unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.

• SQL experience is needed to fetch data

• Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support

• Excellent team collaboration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management

• Flexible in working in shift timings and over weekends

Nice to have:

• Control-m experience

• Experience with Murex
