Responsibilities
- Maintain and service production equipment including tank trucks, blending, and filling systems
- Execute preventive maintenance and TPM initiatives to maximize equipment performance
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and instrument calibration (WS, WB, FM, TG, heat sealer)
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues alongside external service providers
- Manage facility maintenance for systems such as air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and sprinklers
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support efficient manufacturing processes
- Perform daily start-up inspections for production and facility equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, downtime logs, permits, and checklists
- Support internal departments with minor repair and maintenance requests
- Train operators on the use of new equipment, tools, and jigs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in petrochemical or oil & gas industries is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and TPM practices
- Experience liaising with vendors for equipment servicing, calibration, and repairs
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and equipment documentation
