Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and manage production staff.

Develop, implement, and adjust production schedules to meet targets.
Coordinate with departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance) for smooth production flow.

Perform regular inspections and audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. - Safety and Compliance:

Requirements:
- Education:
