Release production jobs on time to meet customer delivery deadlines and requirements.
Monitor job progress and identify potential delays.
Collaborate with various departments (quality, sales, store, and engineering) to ensure efficient production coordination.
Generate non-conformance and scrap inventory records in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory data.
Generate reports to compare total production quantity against sales order quantity for verification.
Update and generate reports as needed.
Prepare buy documents for subcontracting purposes.
File completed job documents in a systematic manner.

Material & Subcontract (Sub-out) Follow-up
Liaise with the internal purchaser on material readiness, delivery timing, and shortage follow-up.
Track sub-out parts progress and ensure the return schedule meets production requirements.
Update the master scheduler on material or sub-out delays that may impact production output.
I4.0 System Involvement Participate in I4.0 system training to understand the system functions and data flow. Collaborate with the master scheduler and machine.
Capacity Planner to manage and control the
I4.0 dashboard Ensure production data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
Support continuous improvement of I4.0 system reporting and integration.
Job requirement
Nitec or Diploma in business administration, manufacturing, or a related field.
Prior experience in production or administrative roles is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry.
