Key Requirements of the Role

We are now seeking a Product/ UX Lead to join as an early design and mobile-first product strategy leader: someone who can contribute in shaping a bold product vision and translating it into intuitive user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs from the ground up.

This role demands a rare blend of user and product strategy thinking and hands-on visual craft. You will design experiences that are driven by user behavior and feel effortless, addictive, and alive where users can participate, connect, play, and engage with zero friction.

Beyond individual screens or features, you will shape the overall user experience architecture of the platform, defining its visual identity, interaction language, and cohesive structure as a living digital universe. Your work will ensure users can move seamlessly across community, participation, and commerce in a fluid, intuitive way.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Experience Design Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and user experience across the ecosystem, spanning onboarding, identity/ profile, community, marketplace, and transaction flows
  • Translate product strategy and core behavioral loops into structured UX systems including journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
  • Design for behavior, emotion, and engagement, not just usability - building experiences that feel like a universe users want to live in
  • Find ways to embed monetization into the user experience in a natural way that builds on the user behaviors
  • Define the experience principles and UX standards that will become the design DNA

Interaction Design & Prototyping

  • Rapidly translate concepts into interactive prototypes to validate direction and align stakeholders
  • Design high-fidelity screens and interaction models for: Real-time community engagement (chat, events, live activity), competitive and gamified participation (play, earn, leaderboards, progression), marketplace discovery and purchase flows, wallet, transaction, and reward mechanics
  • Iterate quickly based on product feedback, usability testing, and internal review cycles
  • Create clear UX specifications and handoff artifacts for engineering execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Tech, Partnerships and Marketing teams to shape features from early concept through release
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and smooth implementation of complex interaction models and UI features
  • Participate in sprint planning and iterative product cycles
  • Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling, prototypes, and structured documentation

The Ideal Candidate

  • Visionary product strategist and designer with a builder's mindset and strong user-centric product intuition
  • Comfortable working in early-stage conditions where requirements evolve and ambiguity is part of the process
  • Strong ability to translate product vision into structured UX systems and prototypes that align teams quickly
  • Exceptional communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders through logic, storytelling and prototypes
  • Obsessed with craft, detail and the emotional impact of user experience - designing for engagement, retention and delight

Skills & Technical Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Experience Design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems)
  • Strong UX capability across: User journeys and flow mapping, wireframing/ interaction design, usability and accessibility principles
  • Strong UI craft with proven ability in: Layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, responsive design across mobile & web, and designing complex systems without sacrificing clarity
  • Experience creating or contributing to a scalable design system
  • Proven experience in gaming/ interactive entertainment, metaverse/ virtual worlds/ immersive community platforms, marketplace (discovery, purchase, listing, monetization) or FinTech/ transaction-heavy consumer products (wallet, rewards, payments).
