Product Support Specialist (Automotive | Vehicle Repair)

• Working day: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

• Working hours: 8:30am - 6.00pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm (alternate Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and repair guidance to dealership workshops.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues on-site, working closely with workshop teams.

• Submit technical cases to the manufacturer and follow up on repair solutions.

• Conduct technical training and coaching for workshop staff.

• Monitor and analyze vehicle repair data to identify recurring issues and support problem resolution.

• Drive continuous improvements in technical service and repair processes.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments on technical projects and initiatives.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive engineering or similar discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred.
