Job Description

As our portfolio of smart turf technologies continues to expand, we are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Product Support Executive with an Electrical Engineering background to support several of our flagship technology partners.

Products You Will Support
Rain Bird - Irrigation control and infrastructure systems
SubAir - Subsurface aeration and moisture management systems
ECHO Robotics - Autonomous robotic mowing technology
Soil Scout - Underground soil moisture and temperature sensor systems

Role Overview
The Product Support Executive will provide technical support, product training, and field assistance to customers across Asia Pacific. This role requires strong electrical and technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to travel to golf courses and sports venues to support installations, diagnostics, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product support for irrigation controllers, robotics systems, aeration equipment, and wireless sensor networks.
- Diagnose electrical, communication, and system integration issues both remotely and on-site.
- Assist with commissioning and installation of equipment at customer locations.

Customer Support & Training
- Deliver product training to superintendents, technicians, and facility managers.- Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customers achieve optimal system performance.- Develop clear documentation and troubleshooting guides for customers.

Product Implementation
- Support new product rollouts across the region.- Assist sales teams during product demonstrations and technical presentations.- Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve technical issues and relay field feedback.

Field Operations
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.- Support maintenance, upgrades, and system calibration where required. - Collaborate with the office team on scheduling, documentation, logistics, and coordination of support activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related technical field.
- 2-5 years experience in technical support, field service engineering, or equipment installation.
- Experience with electrical systems, sensors, controllers, networking, or automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with irrigation systems, robotics, IoT sensors, or environmental monitoring systems.
- Exposure to golf course or sports turf operations is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with wireless communication technologies, automation, or remote monitoring platforms.
