Product Support Engineer

Job Description
. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing business with sales team

. Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner

. Liaises with vendors to meet customer requirements

. Provide technical supports to purchasing and sales team

. Conduct product training in-house and as well as to customer

Job Requirements
. Possess at least Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline

. Preffered in Sales field

. Good communication skills

. Strong presentation skills

. Naturally Pro-active

. Passion in learning

. Focus and with attention to details

. Knowledge in either of the field will be a great advantage (power transmission belts/seals/coupling/roller chain)
