Job Summary

Support Branch Product Managers and Sales Teams by managing supplier interactions, analyzing RFQ performance, and maintaining project sample records to drive sales effectiveness and supplier responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Product Managers and Sales Teams by preparing price quotes, coordinating sample requests, and obtaining quality documents from suppliers
• Analyze RFQ performance for South Asia key suppliers by tracking supplier pricing responses, hit rates, conversion percentages, and BPM throughput
• Present RFQ performance results and supplier responsiveness data to Branch Managers to inform decision-making
• Maintain accurate records of sample requests and follow up with sales teams on project progress
• Manage relationships and communications with assigned Tier 3 suppliers to support branch product management activities
