Product Supply Director

Job Summary

Lead supply chain mastery and organizational growth as Product Supply Director for a Global Business Unit, collaborating with diverse teams across Japan and Korea to deliver customer service excellence, cost targets, and profitable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply chain decisions with leadership teams to frame and execute effective strategies supporting business goals
• Identify and lead development of innovative ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products to enhance supply chain performance
• Deliver best-in-class customer service by partnering with market Product Supply leaders and manufacturing sites while meeting cash and cost targets
• Achieve end-to-end supply chain operational sufficiency to support profitable business growth and category initiative deliveries
• Build and strengthen a robust supply chain organization for the Regional Business Unit, fostering a high-engagement culture and leadership pipeline
• Manage, coach, and advise a diverse team, ensuring compliance with stewardship requirements and promptly driving corrective actions when needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 8+ years of multinational consumer goods supply chain planning experience, preferably in the Beauty category
• Experience in supply chain planning for China, Japan, and Travel Retail markets
• Experience in production management within manufacturing plants, inventory management, and delivering supply chain initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with large multicultural teams with varied strengths
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and evaluative thinking skills applied to supply chain challenges
• Knowledge of demand planning, physical distribution, and manufacturing processes is a significant advantage
