Job Description:

• Responsible for sales of scientific, laboratory and research equipment to the Life Science Industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Conduct demonstrations and training for the research community.
• Provision of pre-sales and post-sales technical and application advice and support to customers.
• Establish and oversee customer accounts, including managing existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure efficient follow-up and customer support.

Requirements:

• Possession of a diploma or degree in fields such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or any related qualification.
• Individuals at the entry level are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Individuals with strong communication skills, positive attitude and sales-driven.
• A committed team player who is enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Candidates should possess self-motivation and be goal oriented.
