Product Specialist (Sales & Application Engineer)

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Product Specialist (Sales & Application Engineer) to join our team.

The successful candidate will manage and grow our product portfolio.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in material science, chemistry, BioMed tech, etc., and who enjoy a mix of technical product understanding and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales activities for assigned product lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Work closely with suppliers for training, product updates, and support
• Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in materials testing, characterization and analysis equipment sales will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with the right aptitude, good communication and interpersonal skills will also be considered
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and preferably own a car
