Product Specialist (Orthopaedics / Spine)

We are partnering with a well-established Singapore-based medical devices supplier specialising in distributing high-quality medical systems, orthopaedic & spine implants and surgical consumables to hospitals and medical practitioners across the region. With a strong focus on reliability and clinical value, they source products from reputable global manufacturers and support healthcare providers with technical knowledge and dedicated service to help deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and managing a portfolio of spine and/or orthopaedic implant solutions, working closely with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to support both sales and clinical outcomes. The role involves attending surgical procedures to provide in-theatre support, preparing and coordinating implant and instrument sets, managing assigned hospital accounts, and building strong professional relationships. You will also gather market and competitor insights while ensuring a high standard of service and product knowledge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 2 5 years of Medical Sales experience within Medical Devices sector. Having prior knowledge in Orthopaedics / Spine implants will be a strong advantage due to the product portfolio. Nursing experience, particularly in operating theatre, will be an added advantage. You will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with surgeons.
