Your Role

As an Oncology Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming cancer care in Singapore, by supporting the adoption of innovative therapies across Genitourinary (GU) and Lung Oncology. You will operate as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, delivering high-value, compliant, and insight-driven engagements that influence treatment decisions, optimize patient pathways, and improve patient outcomes in a rapidly evolving oncology landscape.

This role requires strong account ownership, scientific acumen, and stakeholder engagement capabilities , operating with a high degree of autonomy in line with brand and territory strategies, and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The individual will focus on translating clinical evidence into meaningful clinical practice, thereby advancing patient care

What You Do

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans for key oncology institutions in alignment with territory and brand strategy.
  • Analyze treatment pathways and patient flow dynamics to identify opportunities and barriers
  • Segment accounts across public vs private sector and deploy differentiated strategies
  • Own territory performance and deliver on sales and strategic KPIs
  • Conduct high-quality, compliant scientific discussions with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
  • Translate clinical data into clear, relevant, and practice-changing insights
  • Map and engage key stakeholders including Medical oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, purchasers, and nurses
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships
  • Identify key decision-makers and tailor engagement strategies to influence clinical and access decisions
  • Drive product adoption and patient impact
  • Partner closely with: Medical Affairs – for scientific exchange and evidence generation. Marketing – for campaign execution and strategic alignment
  • Contribute field insights to shape: Brand strategy, Customer engagement plans and Omnichannel initiatives
  • Gather and translate field insights into actionable recommendations
  • Provide real-time feedback on: Market dynamics, Competitor activities, Customer needs and barriers
  • Play an active role in continuous strategy refinement
  • Plan and execute high-impact engagement activities and ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology
  • Strong understanding of oncology landscape and clinical data interpretation
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Scientific agility with a strong learning mindset
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity and compliance mindset
