Responsibilities

• Convert leads generated by partner banks into successful sales via telemarketing. Address customer inquiries confidently and professionally. Communicate with customers through email correspondence. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure policy fulfilment. Meet and exceed sales targets assigned for both team and individual performance.

Requirements

• Possession of a certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is advantageous. Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential. A motivated and sales-driven attitude is required to thrive in this role. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets is preferred.
