Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to promote and deliver in-vitro diagnostic solutions to clinical customers in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
• Provide pre- and post-sales/application support
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key customers
• Manage the sales order process, including quotations, sales invoices, and delivery scheduling
  Perform market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science or related disciplines
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in real-time PCR and NGS technique
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong interest in sales
• Prior sales experience and/or industry knowledge in IVD is an advantage
