Job Description
- Develop and manage financial products to meet client needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment with organisational objectives.

- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to optimise results.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Specialist should have:
- University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years relevant product and/or system experience in the life insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial services.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
