Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty for strategic products
- Organise and conduct product training for customers and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients
- Track and report on sales performance and market activities
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Marketing teams on product launches and lifecycle management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology or related field preferred
- Experience in medical device sales or clinical support
- Experience in Orthopaedics or similar specialties is an advantage
- Proven track record in revenue growth and product adoption
- Strong presentation and training skills for clinical users and distributors
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
