Product Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the application, maintenance, and renewal of certification for constuction machinery and forklift in Singapore.
• Research and interpret relevant Singaporean regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
• Communicate with local certification bodies and government bodies, submit certification applications, and follow up on approval progress.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, test reports, and compliance declarations required for certification.
• Establish and maintain product certification records to ensure document integrity and traceability.
• Provide regular reports on certification progress and updates on regulatory changes.
• Ability to take initiative to solve problem and ensure all product related matter is solved, being documented and follow procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Required Language(s): English & Mandarin; Experience communicating with government stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Posses own transport and valid driving license.
