Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, develop new market opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve defined sales targets and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product and service market reach
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with vendors and customers to support sustained business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with strategic objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Chemistry, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of related sales experience
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
