Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist - Export, based in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing and supporting product-related inquiries, analyzing market trends and customer needs, fostering positive client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will liaise with internal teams to maintain product knowledge, strategize export growth, and support customers with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
