Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
Improving the development of existing products by providing feedback to the product development team (including Product Designers).
Collaborate with team members, partners, and vendors to ensure excellent product
delivery.
Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product / promotional revisions.
Assisting in the support of product sales.
Recommending modifications and revisions to existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
Identifying new product improvement opportunities.
Analyzing how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
Staying up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Managing product stock.
Addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolving customer issues by providing after sales support.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support customer experience goals.
Adhere to day-to-day operational procedures.
Requirements
Ability to provide consultative product usage preferred.
Able to work on shift and retail hours.
Customer-focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive.
Able to converse in both English to handle queries and feedback from English speaking clients and associates. Command of Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Basic technical skills: May be required to use technology such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
