Product Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Product Specialist to drive solution-based sales and support business growth. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and digital solution integration aligned with Industrial 4.0 practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.

• Support sales team in opportunity development, technical positioning, and conversion.

• Engage customers to understand operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept when required.

• Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, and solution documentation.

• Participate in joint customer visits with sales team to provide technical consultation.

• Maintain accurate customer records, customer insights, and activity tracking.

• Provide post-sales technical support and continuous improvement feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial products, technical sales, or application support.

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate into practical solutions

• Familiar with Industrial 4.0 concepts (automation, digitalization, data-driven solutions).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solution selling within industrial, marine, or engineering sectors.

• Exposure to digital tools, CRM systems, or technical analytics platforms.
