Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between product development, sales, and customers to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with product strategy.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise, prepare proposals, demos, and presentations, and support project delivery from pre-sale to post-deployment.
- Solution Design & Customization: Translate customer requirements into technical and functional specifications and collaborate with internal teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and QA checks, identifying and resolving product issues with development teams.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintain product documentation and coordinate meetings and communications between stakeholders.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and delivery teams to enhance product offerings and drive standardization and scalability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior experience in energy-related projects familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or enterprise solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of product architecture and solution design.
- Structured thinking and logical approach to solving complex challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teams.
- Skilled in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and passionate about technology and contributing to innovative products.
