Product Representative (Sales in Building/Construction)

• Up till $2800 basic + $1000 transport allowance + Sales Comms + VB + AWS

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm

• Working location: Toa Payoh

• 50% Hunter & 50% Farmer

Job Description

• Promote company's products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors and building materials dealers to achieve sales and profit targets

• Liaise with respective managers to gather product information, product pricing and inventory levels for the preparation of quotations

• Assist in organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations to architects, designers, developers, and contractors

• Liaise with principals and Store Supervisor on the delivery of materials to customers

• Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales order from SAP system

• Ensure timely collection of payment from customers

• Prepare product literature, samples and technical data for submission to customers

• Provide guidance to new Product Representatives

• Attend to customers complaints, requests and feedback

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess own transport (Motorbike or Car)

• Minimum ITE and above

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within building construction / architectural / technical products

• Knowledge and experience in building and construction materials
