Product Quality Engineer (OEM)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3500 - $4200

• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm

• Working Location: Changi Business Park

• AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Salary Review

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage new product development (NPD) with OEM suppliers, including specifications, sample evaluation, and product improvements
• Liaise with overseas factories to ensure product quality, timelines, and technical requirements are met
• Establish and monitor QC standards, review inspection reports, and track product defects
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and consistency
• Maintain product documentation (specifications, drawings, BOM, QC checklists) and track NPD progress
• Coordinate with internal teams (QC, procurement, sales, customer service) to support product performance and issue resolution
• Analyse field feedback and drive continuous product and process improvements
• Support product launches, including quality validation, packaging, and technical guidance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product engineering, QC/QA, or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with OEM suppliers or factories preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, BOM, and quality control standards
• Proficient in MS Office ERP/PLM systems is a plus
