Product Quality Assurance Analyst (SAP System)

• Permanent Position with AWS and Variable Bonus

• Working Location: Jurong Island, Company Transport Provided at Designated Point

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

• Key Requirements: Strong Experience in SAP System and familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration and continuous improvement of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, etc.), including action management and document control.

• Establish and manage the annual internal audit programme support customer and external audits.

• Communicate effectively across the site on product and quality management system matters.

• Lead improvement projects to enhance site management systems (short to medium term).

• Coordinate investigations and corrective action plans for customer complaints, product issues, and audit non-conformances.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

• Partner with the Purchasing team to maintain supplier approvals.

• Provide product assurance and QMS documentation to customers.

• Establish and implement site validation strategies.

• Take ownership of the SAP QM module, including routine operations, enhancements, and improvements.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Technical, Quality, Chemical, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (chemical industry preferred, but other industries are welcome).

• Strong hands-on SAP experience (QM/MM/PP modules preferred).

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, etc.).

• Strong written communication skills with good document control and attention to detail.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel Power BI is an advantage).

• Good communication, planning, and organisational skills.

• Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and a logical problem-solving approach.
