Job Description

Contract duration: 1 year
Salary: Up to $11,940
Location: Punggol
Working arrangement: 42 hours per week

Job Scope

You will be under a department that drive the overall direction of digital products that address national priority challenges, and supporting the client in serving as a centre of excellence for government digital services.

Content Development & Storytelling:

  • Create clear, engaging content across multiple formats including articles, case studies, visuals, videos, and explainers that translate complex product management frameworks and practices into accessible, actionable resources for diverse audiences.

Product Comms & Campaign Management:

  • Drive awareness and participation for product management initiatives through strategic promotional campaigns, creative content development, and comprehensive communication strategies that clearly articulate value propositions for events, workshops, and learning programmes.

Digital Platform Management:

  • Own and maintain digital content, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and aligned with organisational standards whilst coordinating with stakeholders to reflect evolving priorities, programmes, and outcomes across all digital touchpoints.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

  • Design and execute creative campaigns that build momentum around product management practice, experimenting with innovative formats whilst maintaining professional standards and developing targeted approaches to engage audiences from new joiners to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree holder

Required Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where you're expected to own your work and move things forward

Required Skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time
  • Hands-on with common content, design, and collaboration tools
