Your role :

.Collaborate with stakeholders - elicit, document, validate, and manage requirements.

.Identify Automation opportunities to improve our processes.

.Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements

.Design test cases, conduct tests, analyze results and communicate observations effectively

.Team up with technologists and Vendor Teams to drive delivery within an Agile framework.

.Help the team in the Agile journey to implement together the Best practices of Dev Ops.

.Contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards

.Take functional ownership of various newly developed in house Strategic Applications

Your team :

You'll be working in the Managing Corporate Actions Crew within the Trade and Transfer Assets Stream in UBS AG Singapore. You will work closely with the wider team across other locations (Zurich, Pune).

As an experienced Corporate Action SME, you'll play an important role in functionally owning the new Azure hosted Micro-Services being built as part of a Strategic Initiative, aimed at building a robust world class Corporate Action Processing platform.

Our team designs, delivers and supports the Corporate Action Processing platform which consists of a vendor solution which does the core processing and multiple in-house built AKS Hosted Microservices which enable the integration of the Vendor solution into UBS GWM's IT landscape.

Your expertise :

.Bachelor degree in technology related discinpline with Agile experience a plus

.Strong expertise and SME level knowledge about End to end Corporate Action Processing

.Hand on experience in working with Swift Messages related to Corporate Actions like MT564, MT568, MT565, MT567 and MT566

.Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Scenarios and Interface requirements

.Able to co-ordinate the end to end cycle for a requirement right from collecting them from the business stakeholders and then explaining the need to the development teams and getting it implemented

.Hands-on experience with Gitlab, Squash, Confluence, SharePoint.

.Know how on IMActions (Corporate Action Software Product provided by a vendor team) will be highly desirable
