Product Owner - Salesforce

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the execution and delivery of digital products within a cross-functional squad.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work closely with designers, Tech Product Owners, and engineers to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable backlogs, ensuring high-impact digital experiences.

Background in Salesforce implementation enegagements is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.

Work closely with designers and Tech Product Owners to define, refine, and deliver product features.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Gather and analyze customer insights, leveraging data to inform product decisions.

Act as the key point of contact for squad-level delivery, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in digital product ownership, working within Agile squads.

Strong execution focus, with the ability to translate vision into actionable backlog items.

Collaborative mindset, working effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Data-driven approach, using insights to iterate and improve product outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, able to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

Preferred

Experience in enterprise or multi-market digital product delivery.

Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and customer research
