JD: Product Owner / Business Analyst
We are hiring experienced Product Owners / Business Analysts to support the Payment Application Team. The role focuses on bank payment modernization (ISO 20022) and/ or supporting card payment compliance (PCI-DSS), ensuring smooth delivery of functional and technical requirements across multiple payment domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for payment systems and applications.
- Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ISO 20022 messaging and PCI-DSS compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness, integration, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews for payment-related projects.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in payment applications, banking systems, or payment gateways.
- Understanding of ISO 20022 standards, including message mapping and implementation in financial systems.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS is highly regarded.
- Strong techno-functional skills able to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
