We are looking for a Product Owner, Agentic Workflow Automation (AWA) APAC, to drive end-to-end delivery of process automation across APAC markets using UiPath and n8n, tightly aligned to business priorities, architecture standards, and compliance requirements. Product Owner, Agentic Workflow Automation (AWA) APAC

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AWA solutions across APAC markets, from demand intake to rollout and value realization.
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architecture, compliance partners, and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, dependencies, risk, and team capacity.
• Lead sprint planning and execution support by clarifying requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with development and quality teams to secure delivery quality, release readiness, and stable operations.
• Define and track success metrics such as automations and agents in production, cycle-time reduction, effort or cost savings, adoption, and ROI.
• Prepare clear management reporting and decision-ready updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Steer rollout execution with APAC markets, internal platform teams, and delivery partners, including BMW TechWorks India.
• Advance continuous improvement in agile product delivery, automation engineering practices, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including 1-2 years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Delivery Management within automation, RPA, or integration domains.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (for example Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Insights) and n8n (workflow design, APIs, integrations).
• Practical experience designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery track record with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong vendor and partner steering capability across complex delivery setups.
• Experience collaborating with distributed feature teams 10-20 members across engineering and operations.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, SQL databases, cloud platforms, single sign-on (SSO), and IT service management tooling (ITSM).
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud operations and technical backlog topics such as security, migrations, and operations.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity requirements for cloud-based automation solutions.
• Excellent analytical, consulting, and communication skills with an open mindset for multicultural collaboration.
