Responsibilities
- Own BFUSD and the broader structured Earn product portfolio end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and options-linked products across strategy, roadmap, operations, and continuous iteration
- Drive product growth through data: track and optimize core metrics including TVL, APY competitiveness, user retention, and conversion
- Research and evaluate yield strategies — including funding rate arbitrage, options structures, and basis trading — and translate market insights into new product features and offerings
- Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption and successful go-to-market
- Monitor market trends and the broader crypto earn landscape; identify opportunities to maintain and strengthen Binance Earn's competitive positioning
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a hybrid role within the crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors
- Deep, hands-on understanding of crypto yield mechanisms and trading strategies, including funding rate arbitrage, perpetuals, options, and structured earn products
- Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of a product in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of accountability and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into impactful product decisions
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving complex cross-functional projects to completion
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective cross-team and partner communication
