The Opportunity

We are expanding our Global Business Group across APAC and seeking a data-driven B2B Product Operations Executive/Manager (or Lead) to drive strategy, analytics, and go-to-market excellence.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between product, data, and commercial strategytranslating technical capabilities (Device Management SaaS + LLM Analytics) into measurable business impact. You will architect decision frameworks, shape go-to-market narratives, and support enterprise growth across APAC. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting product innovation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore or Beijing, China, remotely in Hong Kong or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Architecture & Business Value
  • Telemetry Architecture: Lead tracking design for Device Service Apps and SaaS Dashboards, ensuring robust end-to-end visibility from device to cloud.
  • AI Metrics Framework: Define and monitor performance metrics for LLM-driven features such as risk detection, sentiment scoring, and compliance.
  • ROI Modeling: Quantify value creation by linking product metrics to commercial outcomes (efficiency, risk reduction, conversion lift). Produce data stories that empower Sales and Account teams to drive renewals and upsells.

2. Strategic Analysis & Market Insights

  • User Behavior Insights: Leverage analytics to uncover engagement patterns across key B2B usage scenariosWork Phone (Risk Management) and Marketing Phone (AI Automation).
  • Unstructured Data Mining: Use SQL/Python to extract insights from textual datasets processed by LLMs (e.g., conversation intelligence, tagging analysis).
  • Product Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Product team to provide data-backed input on pricing models, prompt engineering, and regional feature priorities.

3. Operational Excellence & GTM Enablement

  • Onboarding Optimization: Design scalable onboarding frameworks to minimize time-to-value for enterprise clients across APAC.
  • Client-to-R&D Feedback Loop: Translate client feedback on AI model performance and device compatibility into actionable product enhancement requests.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop go-to-market materials (white papers, case studies, and benchmarks) articulating regional value propositions and ROI stories.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Mindset

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: 3+ years in product, data, or strategy operations within B2B SaaS, analytics, or SalesTech environments.
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in SQL required; Python experience preferred for data cleaning and exploratory analysis.
  • AI & Data Acumen: Understanding of LLM-driven product analytics and the ability to interpret technical outputs into actionable insights.
  • Builder Mentality: Proven success operating in dynamic, fast-scaling, or 0-to-1 environments.

Communication & Education

  • Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required (to collaborate effectively with APAC clients and China-based R&D).
  • Regional Mindset: Prior experience in an APAC or multicultural work environment preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or Business Analytics; graduate education or MBA is a plus.
