Job Description:
- Work closely with the product & dev teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.
- Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.
- Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback.
- Provide analysis and insights into local market's contexts and trends.
- Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution
- Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
- Must be fluent in English and Thai as this role will be working on tasks related to the Thailand and other related markets.
