Role Description

The Product Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of product management, ensuring smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle. This role bridges strategy and execution, managing cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes to achieve efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing operational procedures, coordinating product launches and enhancements, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The Product Operation Manager works closely with product managers, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align initiatives with organizational objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, user feedback, and operational metrics to inform decision-making and enhance product performance.

The position requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The Product Operation Manager ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and supports strategic product objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or project management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles and implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to drive decisions; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and align teams on priorities.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Leadership skills, including team development, mentoring, and fostering collaboration.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
