Purpose & Scope:
The role is responsible for managing the end to end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes within the Program Origination and Marketing team. This includes programme conceptualisation, market analysis, stakeholder management and coordination, marketing alignment, and commercial performance management.
The position supports the Head of Program Origination and Marketing and works closely with cross functional teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning & Execution

  • Lead programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of collectible product initiatives
  • Manage the full programme lifecycle from concept development through to market launch
  • Ensure programmes are executed according to agreed timelines, cost parameters, and quality standards

Market Research & Insight Development

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform programme and product direction
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for commercial differentiation
  • Use data and insights to support programme recommendations and adjustments

CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, design, production, and operations
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of programme milestones
  • Align stakeholders with clear communication, expectations, and deliverables

Marketing & Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support programme objectives and sales targets
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage programmelevel P&L
  • Prepare performance updates, analysis, and recommendations for management

Channel Enablement

  • Provide product information, marketing tools, and data insights to support sales channels
  • Work with sales teams to optimize programme reach, engagement, and commercial outcomes

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare programme reports, presentations, and updates for senior management
  • Maintain proper documentation for programme planning, market research, and execution workflows

Key Challenges & Scope

  • Managing complex, highvalue programmes with multiple workstreams and tight timelines
  • Coordinating across diverse internal and external stakeholders with varying priorities
  • Balancing cost control, quality, and commercial targets within approved budgets
  • Responding to evolving market conditions and customer demand with agility
  • Managing both strategic planning and handson execution in a fastpaced environment

  • Defining marketing strategies and channel support requirements for programme launches

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in marketing, product management, programme/project management, or related roles
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with consumer products, collectibles, or international markets is an advantage
